Ingredients:
1 container of baby arugula
3 peeled grapefruits, cut into small pieces
1 cup pistachios without shell (toasted or raw)
Pomegranate balsamic vinegar
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions:

1. Add arugula, pistachios, and grapefruit into large bowl.
2. Drizzle pomegranate balsamic and olive oil to taste.  Toss and serve.
